Infants-They are read to daily, sung to and held. Age-approproiate activities include assisting
the child to sit, roll, crawl, walking, and feeding themselves.
Twos-At this age they become familiar with letters, numbers, colors and shapes. Age-appropriate activities
include communication using sentances, social skills, potty training and fine motor activities such as holding a crayon properly.
The curriculum is theme based.
Fours-In this class the children work on skills needed for entering kindergarten. They learn letter
sounds, writing on lined paper, cutting and gluing, writing their first and last name, writing numbers and number words and
tying their shoes. Some themes include:Farm Animals, Weather, Space and All About Me. basic Spanish is included in lessons.

Toddlers-These children are read to daily, begain learning songs, and are exposed to letters, numbers,
colors and shapes. Age-appropriate activities include speaking words/sentances, gross motor control with soft elements to
climb on and fine motor control with using utensils and manipulitives.
Threes-The Children in this classroom learn the letters, numbers, colors and shapes. Age-appropriate
activities include serving themselves at mealtime, writing and cutting activities, fine-tuning social skills and learning
the sign language alphabet. Some themes include: 5 Senses, Bugs and Pets.
School Age-During the school year, the children are allowed homework time in a quiet area if needed.
They have many discovery areas where they can explore independently or with friends. We offer crafts each day for the children
to create. In the summer months, we have weekly themes and activities that encourage children to read and learn. This age
group will also take field trips each week. Some of these are: swimming, bowling and Lubbock Lake Landmark.
